One sit-up, two sit-up...

I didn’t have much luck with the diet thing so I figured, “Why not invest time in some easy exercises to keep me fit?”

keep fit

Sit-ups were to be my first victim. I bought a light-blue Reebok mat and some sportswear to match. In particular, there was this Adidas T-shirt which I thought brought out the colour of my eyes, so I couldn’t just leave it at the sports store. I also bought two headbands to keep my hair in place (and my fringe, because next week I think I’m going to have one!) I also invested in a Tracy Anderson’s workout DVD series to sculpt my figure into one toned physique (Tracy Anderson is Madonna’s and Gwyneth’s personal trainer so I’m looking forward to have an impeccable body in a couple of weeks). The DVD I can start using once I get new DVD player because the one I had is making funny noises.

So for now it’s just me and my mat. One sit-up, two sit-up, cookie break. Three sit-up, four sit-up, rest.
